This reader has rallied against the erection of more pylons in Powys.
Putting cables underground may be more expensive than on pylons which will not appeal to Bute Energy as their only concern is profit.
Pylons are ugly and not necessary except to keep the price down. Powys CC should be advocating for our county, outside the National Park, to be designated AONB.
