Police officers will be looking to arrest a man accused of having in his possession amphetamine and cannabis in Newtown after he failed to show up in court.
Anthony Evans is charged with possessing the two Class B drugs in Falcon Court, Maesyrhandir on December 6 last year.
The 49-year-old was due before Welshpool Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (February 27) to enter his pleas to the charges.

He is alleged to have had 53 grams of powerful stimulant amphetamine and 42.4 grams of cannabis.
But Evans, of Lon Eithin, Newtown, failed to appear for the plea hearing in court, and an arrest warrant was issued by chairman of the bench Stephen Pembroke.
The warrant means that, if arrested by the police, Evans will be brought to court.
Possession of the Class B drugs can result in up to five years in prison, an unlimited fine or both.
