The A483 in Powys is partially blocked after a lorry and two cars crashed.
The stretch of road by Coed-y-Dinas just outside Welshpool was closed after two cars and a lorry came together this afternoon (February 19)
Traffic is moving slowly in the area as vehicles are yet to be cleared.
According to traffic information systems the “A483 both ways partially blocked, slow traffic due to accident from A458 (Sarn Bryn Caled roundabout, Coed-Y-Dinas) to Smithfield Road in Welshpool.”

Thankfully no one has been reported as being seriously injured at the scene at this time.
Mid and West Wales Fire and rescue Service also confirmed that no one had been trapped in their vehicle as a result of the crash.
A spokesperson for Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said: “At 3.18pm on Monday, February 19, the Welshpool crew was called to an incident along the A483.
“The crew responded to a road traffic collision involving one large good vehicle and two private motor vehicles.
“All vehicle occupants were out prior to the arrival of crew members and were assessed by Ambulance Service personnel.
“Crew members left the scene at 4.05pm.”
It is unclear at this time when the road will be fully cleared for the normal flow of traffic
