Rattus has had quite a lot of experienced of Powys Road closure signs. They can be misleading.
Today on coming through Tregynon there was a sign that said ‘Road closed 1.7 miles’.
We ignored it. If it requires a U turn, so be it.

Just as well really, the road to Manafon was closed in New Mills but our road to Llanfair Caereinion was open.
Good communication is really important. With current budgets cuts, I suspect they can’t afford a felt tip pen.
