A Newtown bed and breakfast could be converted back into a home under plans submitted to Powys County Council.
The family-run Yr Hafod B&B in New Road currently offers people to stay in one of at least three guest rooms.
Now its owners want to convert the terraced property into a home leaving a handful of guesthouses in Newtown town centre.

Plans submitted to the council show that there will be no internal changes to all four floors of the property which is opposite the former fire station.
The eight-bedroom property has a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and two en-suite bathrooms.
If the council approves the planning application, only three rooms would be lost by the change of use at the small bed and breakfast business.
