Police have launched an investigation after the theft of livestock in south Powys.
Dyfed-Powys Police's Rural Crime Team said 38 sheep had been stolen from the Llandefalle area near Bronllys sometime between Tuesday, November 21, and Saturday, November 25.
The Welsh ewes are noted to have red and purple pitch covering necks with yellow raddle and ear notches.
Police have asked anyone with more information about the livestock theft to contact 101 and ask to speak to the Rural Crime Team in confidence, quoting reference 062-01/12.
Alternatively, people can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously by calling 0800 555111, or visiting crimestoppers-uk.org.
