One of Powys's main roads reopened late on Monday evening (November 20) following a crash which closed the A470 for several hours.
A section between Builth Wells and Newbridge-on-Wye was shut to traffic in both directions from around 4.30pm until 10pm.
Dyfed-Powys Police had urged drivers to avoid the area and find a different route to their destination.

Traffic information in the area had shown traffic had come to a standstill on the road with vehicles backing up past the Royal Welsh Showground in Llanelwedd.
It is unclear at this time the condition of those involved in the collision.
This evening's crash comes only a day after another serious collision led to the same road being closed by police for 14 hours.
