A major road in Powys was closed for almost an hour following after a lorry left the road and crashed through an open field.
On August 14, at approximately 6.25pm, Dyfed Powys Police were called to an incident on the A489 between Caersws and the roundabout at Llanidloes Road.
According to police, a lorry had left the road and entered a field alongside the A489.
Police closed the road at 9.25pm, advising motorists to avoid the area and take an alternative route, and kept it closed for an hour in order to recover the vehicle.

No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
The road was re-opened at 10.25pm.
In a statement, Dyfed Powys Police said: “Police were called to a single vehicle road traffic collision which occurred on the A489 between Caersws and the roundabout at Llanidloes Rd at about 6.25pm, Monday, August 14.
“A lorry left the road and entered a field.
“No injuries reported. The road was closed at 9.25pm for recovery of the vehicle and reopened at 10.25pm.”
