Over £1,000 was raised for Help for Heroes at a recent fundraising event.

The fundraiser was held at the Tesco’s in Llandrindod Wells earlier this month after being organised by their community champion Richard Vellacott.

Mr Vellacott brought in help from a variety of sources to help raise money for the charity which supports members of the British Armed Forces community with issues that affect them after they leave the service including physical and mental health, as well as their financial, social and welfare needs.
