Newtown’s Spring Fayre is set to return with a procession following the success of last year’s inaugural event.

Organisers have revealed that the fayre will be held from 11am to 8pm on Sunday, April 30, on the patio and green space outside Oriel Davies Gallery.

Co-ordinators Open Newtown, Oriel Davies Gallery and Creative Stuff Newtown said this year’s community event will be celebrating Spring, growing, sustainability and wellbeing.

Stalls and workshops will be running from 11am to 4pm, with music and performances from 4pm to 8pm.

There will also be a procession for people to join in with and a performance of Qwerin – a contemporary dance performance that has been touring across Wales.
