A MACHYNLLETH GP surgery is to move into a new health centre when work on the building is completed, it has been confirmed.
Dyfi Valley Health has announced that on April 24, it will be moving from its current premises on Forge Road, to the new Health and Wellbeing site at Bro Ddyfi Community Hospital.
The GP says it hopes to officially open the new facility on May 2, meaning the practice will be working with reduced numbers for the week during the move.
Dyfi Valley Health has said its phone number will remain unchanged and will be answered as usual, however only emergency appointments will be available during the week-long move while there will be no collection of routine medication.
