Tickets are now on sale for the 2023 Machynlleth Comedy Festival, with the organisers announcing a slew of anticipated acts appearing as p[art of the festival’s line-up over Christmas.
As part of their annual tradition, the festival organisers revealed a different act for every day of the month leading up to Christmas during December, revealing 25 acts for the acclaimed comedy festival.
Some of the bigger names among the line-up include former Taskmaster contestants Mike Wozniak, Lou Sanders and Phil Wang, Ted Lasso star Nick Mohammed and Rosie Jones, who has made appearances on The Last Leg, 8 Out of 10 Cats and QI.

Festival co-founder and organiser Henry Widdecombe said of the event: “I wanted to create this place that would centre the comedian, that could be sort of mysterious.
“No one really knew where Machynlleth was, so it feels like you have to make an effort to travel there.
“It creates an environment where the people who are there really want to be there, so it was built for the comedy purist.”
The Machynlleth Comedy Festival 2023 will take place from Friday, April 28 to Sunday, April 30.
