BOW Street punished nine man Cefn Albion with a 3-1 win to seal their place in the second round of the Ardal North League Cup on Saturday.

Jordan Williams fired the Brickfield side into an early lead before Kien Morris earned his marching orders after picking up two cautions in five minutes.

Street capitalised with Ricky Ricketts levelling from the spot before leading for the first time with John James netting with 20 minutes remaining.

Rhys Hughes added a third with 12 minutes remaining before the visitors saw Nick Jones dismissed as they ended with nine men.

Caersws made light work of Llandrindod Wells with Glynn Coney netting twice in a 5-1 win at the Recreation Ground.

Dolgellau AA saw off the challenge of a resolute Llanrhaeadr to prevail 3-2 winners at Tanllan.

The hosts led at the break thanks to Glenn Evans' strike but the Wasps hit back to lead with Matthew Digwood conceding an own goal before Gerwyn Thomas struck twice in as many minutes.
