Two air ambulances were called to an incident involving a cyclist that led to traffic disruption on the A483 today.
The West Midlands Ambulance service and West Midlands Air Ambulance partnered with the Welsh Ambulance service and Wales Air Ambulance as crews were called out to the incident in Pant.
A spokesperson form the Welsh Ambulance Service confirmed that a crew had attended the incident, adding: “We were called today (26 September) at 02:50pm to reports of an incident involving a bicycle, on Lane End, in Pant, Oswestry."
A West Midlands Ambulance spokesperson said: "We were called at 2.47pm to the junction of the A483 and Tregarthen, Oswestry.
"An ambulance, a paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Cosford attended along with an ambulance and air ambulance from the Welsh Air Ambulance. On arrival crews treated one patient."
The incident caused traffic disruptions along the road in both directions leading to delays.
