ELAN Valley is famous for its spectacular scenery and warm welcome.
Indeed even the native sheep have been keen to learn more about their surroundings this summer as County Times Camera Club member Caroline Higgs proved with her picture.
The picture of a sheep at the entrance of the Elan Valley Visitor Centre has led to questions as to how regular the woolly customers are at the facility.

A spokesperson said: "The sheep leave a lot of poo behind everywhere!
"This particular sheep wandered in during the heat wave. The sheep are regularly seen drinking out of our dog bowls – when they are not been chased by visitor dogs.
"It’s not a regular occurrence but they are around the exterior of the centre all the time."
