Llanrhaeadr's tough start to the Ardal North East season continued with a 3-0 defeat at Cefn Albion on Saturday.

Callum Mannion starred with a double and Dion Gibbins completed the tally while the hosts saw goalkeeper Sean Jones dismissed.

Meanwhile Bow Street maintained their bright start to the Ardal North East League season with a 2-0 win at home to Llandrindod Wells on Saturday.

Ricky Ricketts opened the scoring after 11 minutes with Rhydian Davies' penalty settling the outcome with 15 minutes remaining.

Meanwhile Caersws celebrated a 2-0 win at home to new boys Llangollen Town courtesy of Luke Evans' 39th minute penalty before Scott Williams added a second on the hour,

Dolgellau AA left it late to settle a 3-0 win at home to Welshpool Town with Jake Jones' first-half strike separating the sides until late strikes from David Edwards and Gerwyn Williams sealed victory.
