Murdoch is accused of driving carelessly on the A44 near Crossgates last August
A MOTORIST is due in court next week to answer charges relating to careless driving in Powys.
Gordon Murdoch is accused of driving a Ford Transit without due care and attention on the A44 between Crossgates and Rhayader on August 30 last year, which resulted in a road traffic collision.
The incident is said to have involved a collision between Murdoch’s Ford Transit and a Honda motorcycle, and Murdoch, 59, is also charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failing to report that accident.
Murdoch, of Woodberry Close, Chiddingfold, in Surrey, is due to appear at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, August 9.
