POLICE in Powys are appealing for information following a series of burglaries and vehicle thefts in the Elan Valley overnight between Sunday and Monday (July 3 and 4).
Dyfed-Powys Police's Rural Crime Team say they have already recovered some items, including a minibus, Land Rover, quad and scrambler, which were taken from the Rhayader area.
But they are also appealing for information from anyone who may have seen or heard anything during the night.
They said via Twitter: "** BURGLARY ** Elan Valley, Rhayader.

Anyone with information can report it to the non-emergency 101 number or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
