MORE than 4,000 people are expected to descend on Llanidloes this weekend for the return of the Heart of Wales Sevens.

The event is unique in mid Wales with sport mixed with music of all kinds ensuring a carnival atmosphere.

Like all cultural and sporting events, the annual festival was cancelled due to the pandemic and lockdown restrictions.
