NEWTOWN have completed two new signings ahead of their European adventure.
Robins fans will get their first chance to see the Robins since the end of last season in tonight's (Friday) friendly at home to Gresford Athletic.
And two new signings will be among the squad after agreeing terms with forward Louis Robles joining from TNS and midfielder Matty Jones from Aberystwyth Town.
Manager Chris Hughes said: "‘We’re delighted to welcome Matty to our group.
"He’s an excellent player who can play in a number of positions and has real quality from dead ball situations."
Jones, 22, can play in defence or midfield and joined Aberystwyth Town from Shrewsbury Town in 2017.
Meanwhile Robles joins from league champions TNS after two seasons at Park Hall.
The 25 year old came through the Liverpool Football Club academy before spells at San Roque de Lepe in Spain and Bala Town in the JD Cymru Premier.
Hughes added: "Louis is a player that we’ve tracked and admired since his Bala days.
"He’s direct, plays with a high intensity and is a real goal threat, his style will suit us perfectly."
