A bridge in Newtown has been damaged and partially closed off to the public.
The Long Bridge, located at the end of Broad Street, was damaged sometime on Friday night.
A section of the pavement on the bridge has been cordoned off as a result of the damage, leaving that side inaccessible to pedestrians.
Cars and vehicles are still able to travel over the bridge.
The cause of the damage is currently unknown, and police are looking into the matter.
