THE football stars of tomorrow headed to Bishop's Castle earlier this month for a junior festival.
Clubs from across mid Wales made the trip to the Manor Ground with the hosting club delighted by the response.
Bishop's Castle Football Club spokesman Lee Davies said: "Thanks to all who helped organise the day, it was great to see so many youngsters enjoying their football."
The under 8s festival was played for fun and every child and coach went home with a beaming smile as junior competitions wind down for the summer.
