Progress continues on a £4.3 million expansion of a business park in a Powys border town.
Bishop's Castle Business Park is expected to be completed this summer after work started in August last year.
The Shropshire Council-owned site in Brampton Road will expand by 50,000 square feet.
Councillor Ruth Houghton (Bishop's Castle - Liberal Democrats) said: "Good progress is being made on the development of the Bishop's Castle Business Park.
"Due to be completed in the Summer of 2022 it should bring new jobs and business opportunities to the area.
"It's great to see the work being undertaken by a local contractor as well."
Bishop's Castle Mayor Grant Perry said he was pleased that the development was "progressing well".
Marton-based SJ Roberts Construction Ltd is carrying out the work which includes up of two 15,000sqft units and two 10,000sqft units, one of which will be split into five starter units, giving new businesses the chance to take up some premises.
