“What a fantastic boost to have such strong support in just 28 days. A very heartfelt thank you.”

In the lead-up to Christmas, meanwhile, pupils and staff have been busy this week. “We’ve had a very busy week here at Dolau” said a school spokesperson.

“The children enjoyed their Christmas dinner on Tuesday, each child made their own Christmas hat for the celebration too. We all had our Christmas jumpers on today (Friday, December 10) for Christmas Jumper Day.

“We filmed our nativity, entitled Christmas Wonderland. All the children were amazing, they talked clearly and sang beautifully for us all. We are so excited for you all to see the finished product when it is ready.”
