Man found guilty of doing 87mph on Powys bypass
A MAN has been found guilty of speeding on the Llanidloes bypass.
The cases against Karl Alan Johnson, of Larkrise Fields in Shifnal, Shropshire, was heard at Llanelli Magistrates' Court on Monday, October 18.
The 47-year-old was not in court for the hearingwas charged with driving an Iveco Daily commercial van along the A470 Cwm Belan bypass at 87 miles per hour at 7.20pm on May 7, this year.
The speed limit for that vehicle on that stretch of road is 50mph.
The hearing was adjourned for sentencing at the court on November 15.
