A community safety day hosted by Dyfed Powys Police is set to take place in Welshpool today.
On Thursday, October 14 Welshpool Town Hall’s Corn Exchange is set to play host to the event, which is set to focus on illegal drug awareness, with officers from Dyfed Powys Police in attendance.
Organisers say the event will will give residents the chance to chat to various agencies about issues facing the community.
"PAVO, PCC, Kaleidoscope along with other agencies will also be there to answer any questions," said a spokesperson.
The event gets underway at 10am and will run until 2pm.
