KERRY staged a remarkable fightback to win 6-3 at Welshpool Town in the Ardal North East League on Friday night.

The home side raced ahead with goals from Ricky Litchfield, Ryan Edwards and Ethan Kinsey only to suffer a collapse as the Lambs hit back with a Tai Jones double before the break.

Darryl McWatt levelled on the hour before Cenwyn Jones-Bloor fired Kerry ahead for the first time in the game.

Jones completed his hat-trick and Jones-Bloor added his second to complete the scoring at Maesydre.

Meanwhile Bow Street proved too strong for Machynlleth with goals from Steffan Richards, Joshua Crowl and a Max Jones own goal completing a 3-0 win at Cae Glas.

Elsewhere Ben Jones' 86th minute strike earned Llanfair United a point in a 3-3 draw at Penycae.

Harry Edwards fired the hosts into the lead before United hit back through Josh Astley and led on half-time through Jones.

The Wrexham side replied after the break through Tom Edwards before Gary Evans regained their lead but United were not to be denied and salvaged a point as Jones completed his double.

Meanwhile Dolgellau AA came out on top in a seven goal thriller at Carno.

Dolgellau led twice at Ty Brith as Joe Ephraim and David Edwards struck with Carno replying through Josh Matthews and Adam Biggs.

Matthews completed his double after the break as Carno led for the first time only for the visitors to hit back with an Owain Williams double as Dolgellau returned west 4-3 winners.

Elsewhere Penparcau claimed the points in a 2-0 win at home to Rhos Aelwyd courtesy of goals from Mike Gornall and Andrew Gittins.

Meanwhile Rhayader Town celebrated their first win of the season with a 2-1 win at home to Tredegar Town in the Ardal South East League.

Daniel Evans gave the visitors the lead but the Red Kites were not to be denied and levelled through Jamie Thomas who also missed a penalty before the break.

However Rhayader led for the first time through Tommy Rowlands at the start of the second-half and held onto their lead to celebrate a hard-earned three points.

Meanwhile Llandrindod Wells maintained their impressive recent form with a 2-0 win at home to Aberbargoed Buds with goals from Tom Durant and Kieran McCarley enough for the Spamen.
