One of mid Wales' most popular sporting events is gearing up for a big weekend of rugby, netball and music.
The three-day Heart of Wales 7s festival returns on Friday (August 6) to Cae Hafren near Llanidloes following a two-year break because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Festival organiser Jordan Davies said he can't wait to welcome fans back and its largest crowd of campers yet.
More than 2,500 rugby and netball fans gathered for the event when it was last held in 2019. But this year will see more than 150 teams and over 4,000 music fans descend on the fields of Cae Hafren which will have a large drink and food village, two music stages, three rugby pitches and four netball courts.
Tribute acts P?nk, The Black Eyed Peaz and Tom Jones joins the music festival line-up along with local group The Dylan Penri Party Band.
