New CCTV cameras have been installed at Treowen Community Hall in Newtown.
The management committee said it will be working with Dyfed-Powys Police officers.
A spokesperson for the community hall said: “We now have CCTV for the prevention of crime and anti-social behaviour.
“We can now see who climbs into the garden area. Signs are displayed.”
