A 54-year-old man accused of assault and causing actual bodily harm has denied the charge in court.
Robert Martin Flanagan pleaded not guilty when he appeared at Mold Crown Court this morning (Friday, July 30).
The alleged offence happened in Manafon near Welshpool on May 8, 2019.
Mr Flanagan, of Redditch in Worcestershire, spoke only to enter his plea and confirm his name and date of birth. He was granted unconditional bail.
The four-day trial has been set for March 7, 2022 at Mold Crown Court.
