Dozens of motorists have been caught speeding through a village on the outskirts of Newtown.
Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council were told that a GoSafe officer caught 27 speeders within 90 minutes.
Cllr Jackie Davies told councillors at a recent meeting that the village has a “problem with traffic and speeding”.
The B4568 through Llanllwchaiarn has a speed limit of 30mph.
