THE Wilfred Owen pub in Oswestry has applied for an extension of its pavement licence, as lockdown restrictions continue to ease.
The Wetherspoons-owned pub, in Willow Street, had successfully applied for a seating and pavement licence for two areas either side of its front door when pubs reopened on April 12.
Bosses there are looking for a continuation of the licence for the two areas, which are both 3.33 metres by 1.47 metres with chairs enclosed with barriers.
