POWYS County Council is continuing to crack down on anti-social behaviour after a Presteigne resident was fined for fly-tipping.
The resident was reprimanded after waste was found dumped at the local allotment on Friday morning.
Powys Recycles, the Twitter feed for Powys County Council’s waste and recycling service, said: “A Presteigne resident has been fined for fly tipping after waste was found dumped by the local allotment.
“The matter was settled out of court via payment of a Fixed Penalty Notice. We're clamping down on this criminal and anti-social behaviour.”
