THE eternal question has been answered.
Do squirrels like lollipops is a question which has puzzled scientists and nature lovers since the dawn of time.
Well, wonder no longer, as County Times Camera Club member Clive Poston captured proof of a squirrel sucking on a lollipop in Newtown's Frolic Street.
It is entirely likely after a busy day of being chased by puggles in Dolerw Park and having buried enough acorns for the day that this squirrel fancied some refreshment and what better way than to suck on a sweet lollipop.
