Firefighters returning from a callout are asking drivers to think before they park after they were obstructed by inconsiderate parking.
A crew from Presteigne had returned from an incident near Gladestry on Thursday evening (April 15) when they found themselves "hampered" by a parked vehicle near to the fire station in Harpers Lane.
"It’s lucky we were heading back to station and not out to an incident," a spokesperson for the fire station said.
"Please consider emergency vehicles when parking your vehicle anywhere, especially on the same road as a fire station!
"Remember, sometimes every second does count."
