A driver stopped by police had been found driving with an expired licence for almost nine years.
Dyfed-Powys Police pulled over the driver on the A470 near Brecon on Thursday, April 8.
Officers tweeted that the "astonished face" driver had been reported and their Ford Tourneo van was seized.
"Vehicle stopped on A470 near Brecon earlier today," Powys Roads Policing said.
"Found that the drivers licence expired in 2012. Been driving for nearly 9 years with an expired licence.
"Astonished face driver reported and vehicle seized. Apologies to motorists inconvenienced whilst we dealt with it."
