THE owner of this sleek and scintillating sports car is steering for trouble after being caught driving in Powys for a third time without displaying their registration plate.
The car – a Lamborghini Huracan which retails at around £164,400 and has a maximum speed of around 201 miles per hour – was stopped by Dyfed Powys Police on the A470 at the Storey Arms near Brecon today (Thursday). The driver has been reported to the DVLA.
The force’s Powys Roads Policing Unit tweeted out: “Lamborghini Huracan stopped A470 Storey Arms for the 3rd time failing to display the front registration plate. Driver reported.
“@DVLAgovuk will be notified regarding the driver repeatedly committing this offence. PLEASE DISPLAY YOUR REGISTRATION PLATES LEGALLY.”
The Huracan made its worldwide debut at the 2014 Geneva Auto Show and is the Italian marque’s follow on from the Gallardo.
