A SURVEY has been launched to find out what the people of Welshpool want from a new skatepark.
The old skate park was dismantled following a ROSPA Inspection, but last year more than 500 people have signed a petition calling for it to remain open
A spokesman for Welshpool Town Council said: "We are now able to explore the options for building a new multi-wheel facility.
"To move forward on this project Welshpool Town Council, in partnership with StreetGames and Powys County Council are asking you to help by filling in this survey. The findings of this survey will inform the grant application for a new skate park."
