A reserve list has reopened for coronavirus vaccination appointments in Newtown and Builth Wells, the health board has announced.

The list is currently open to people aged 70 and over or are clinically extremely vulnerable who are able to attend a Mass Vaccination Centre appointment at short notice.

Powys Teaching Health Board said: "For our short notice reserve list you will either need to be 70+ or be able to provide evidence that you are on the "clinically extremely vulnerable" list (shielding), for example your shielding letter.

"Rest assured that if you are "clinically extremely vulnerable" and do not have this letter to hand you will still be invited for your routine vaccination."

A form can be filled in here for people who meet the criteria and are willing to be contacted at short notice for an appointment at a mass vaccination centre in Newtown or Builth Wells.
