A Bishop's Castle theatre has received more than £1,800 from the Co-op.
Customers in the retail giant's store in Bishop's Castle chose SpArC Theatre as one of its good causes to receive a funding boost.
Elizabeth Still, theatre and arts manager, said the donation "could not come at a better time".
She said: "We're delighted to confirm that SpArC Theatre has raised a total of £1,810.58 thanks to Co-op members.
"The announcement got lost in the November lockdown.
"It's a tremendous result and could not come at a better time.
"We were one of Bishop's Castle Co-op's community funds in 2020.
"A huge thanks to all who chose us to receive the funds."
Local community groups and organisations can apply to be one of this year's chosen causes when applications open again in the Spring.
