Police found Class A drugs when they raided a property in Meifod
POLICE have seized a large quantity of heroin and cocaine in Meifod.
Dyfed-Powys Police's Roads Policing Unit confirmed two people had been arrested after a stop-search, which also led to a search of a nearby address last night.
A spokesman said: "Two in custody - possession with intent to supply Class A following a stop search in Meifod.
"Quick thinking by officer to search nearby address to prevent loss of evidence - large quantity of heroin and cocaine."
