Residents in mid Wales are being warned to expect heavy rain after the Met Office expanded its yellow weather warning for a further two days.
Periods of heavy rain are expected to affect most of Wales and north-west England from Thursday to Sunday.
Heaviest rainfall is expected across hills and the Cambrian Mountains. Strong winds are likely with potential for leaf fall to exacerbate flooding in places.
Towns such as Newtown, Welshpool, Machynlleth, Llandrindod Wells, Builth Wells and Llanfyllin and their surrounding villages are being warned to expect heavy rain plus potential floods and disruption.
