EVERYONE at Powell’s Farm Wales is busy getting ready to welcome pumpkin pickers for the first time this Halloween.

Powell’s pumpkin patch, near Llanfihangel-nant-Melan, will be opening for the first time to visitors from October 17 until October 31, between 10am and 4pm. Booking is essential so check out the website www.powellsfarmwales.co.uk to book your family ticket and find out more before visiting.

There are lots of different pumpkins to choose from. They have a Cinderella pumpkin carriage for the perfect photo opportunity with the little ones and you can have a go at their ‘leave the mess here’ socially-distanced pumpkin carving, subject to availability. You can also take a walk up to see the giant Hollywood style ‘PUMPKIN’ letters on the skyline by the ancient Tomen Castle with views for miles.

This is the first time the Powell family have grown pumpkins at their Radnorshire farm and they have hundreds of pumpkins of various sizes, colours and varieties for everyone to come and pick. Family run, family fun in the great outdoors.
