POLICE achieved a "great result" after stopping a "suspicious" man in Wrexham.
North Wales Police's Wrexham Rural team said its officers stopped the man "lurking" in Ruabon on Wednesday, and recovered cash, a mobile phone and a quantity of suspected drugs.
A spokesperson for the team said: "Great result today (Wednesday) when officers spotted a rather suspicious male lurking in Ruabon.
"A stop search resulted in a number of items being recovered and a unexpected trip to custody."
