The death of a man in the Llanbrynmair area is not being treated as suspicious, police have confirmed.
Dyfed-Powys Police officers were called at around 2.50pm on Thursday (September 17) following the sudden death of a 77-year-old man near Tafolwern.
A number of emergency vehicles were seen in Tafolwern, and an area between Badgers Glade Caravan Park and the first bridge in the village was taped off by police officers on Thursday afternoon.
A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesman said: "We were called to the sudden death of a 77-year-old man near Tafolwern, Llanbrynmair, at around 2.50pm on Thursday, 17 September.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious."
HM Coroner has been informed.
