FACE coverings will now need to be worn when entering the Flash Leisure Centre in Welshpool.
A spokesman for the Freedom Leisure operated centre on Salop Road, said: “We are following Welsh Government requirements, announcing that it is mandatory for face masks to be worn in all public areas including gyms and leisure centres from Monday, September 14.
“This means you will need to wear a mask in the building unless you are taking part in any physical activity, children under 11 will also be exempt.
“For example, if you are coming to the gym, you will need to wear a mask into the building and at all times when you are not training.
“Thanks for your patience, you’ve all done so well in adapting to the new guidelines and we’re sure that this will be no different.”
