The land for sale at Newcastle on Clun
A patch of farmland near the Wales-England border is set to be sold by public auction.
McCartneys has been appointed to sell the two lots of agricultural and amenity land totalling 66.46 acres.
It is located at Springhill, Newcastle on Clun, in Shropshire.
The first lot comprises 65.35 acres of pasture land within a ring fence and with good roadside access.
The second is a single enclosure of 1.11 acres which runs alongside the council road and is located beside Caldu Cottage in Newcastle on Clun.
The auction of the land will take place at 4pm on Friday, October 16 Newcastle on Clun Community Hall.
