A motocyclist was stopped wearing a kateboard helmet
POLICE in Mid Wales have warned about the dangers of not wearing suitable safety equipment while driving after a motorcyclist was stopped on the weekend wearing a skateboard helmet.
Dyfed Powys Police officers stopped a motorcyclist riding on the A40 at Llanhamlach, near Brecon, on Sunday afternoon.
The rider was also found to be in possession of an illegal registration plate.
Police tweeted: “Please ensure you are wearing approved helmets! They could save your life!”
