A woman was airlifted to hospital by coastguard helicopter after injuring her leg in a remote area of the Elan Valley.
Brecon Mountain Rescue, Welsh Ambulance Service and the Maritime and Coastguard Agency responded to the incident on Saturday evening (August 8).
The woman sustained a lower leg injury and was treated at the scene by paramedics who then requested help from the mountain rescue team.
A Brecon Mountain Rescue spokesperson said: "Whilst arriving on scene, Maritime and Coastguard Agency Rescue 187 had managed to successfully winch the lady up and transport her to hospital.
"We wish the lady a speedy recovery and thank you to Rescue 187".
