Dyfed-Powys Police would like to speak to the person or persons pictured, who might have information that could assist with an investigation in Ystradgynlais.
Police officers are investigating a burglary in Ystradgynlais.
The theft happened at the Loaf Café on Station Road in the early hours of Tuesday, July 7.
A Samsung mobile phone and a green sleeping bag cover were stolen.
A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesperson said: "A number of enquiries have been carried out and we are now asking the public to help identify the person or people pictured, who might have information that could assist officers".
